Water gushing from pipes.

Hello – I’m a newbie and I don’t even know where to start:1. I’ve noted a drip from pipes. I have also noticed “covered” seemed broken.2. When I closed the valve, drip stopped.
3. I figured pipes were for sprinkler and I turned it on. Water gushed out (from where “cover” was) when I turend on the sprinkler.

I am uncertain as to what I need to do next.... Please help. Thank you in advacne.
