One sprinkler head continues to spray in a zone

Hi, all of the sprinkler heads in a zone are working fine, however one head is in the down position and still spraying? Is this the valve or the sprinkler head? Seems like the valve must still be open but why are the other heads in that zone not spraying too?

If it stops in a couple of minutes then it's just draining out the lowest point.
If it's a 24 hr a day problem then it's the valve for sure. Most likely the diaphragm.
Which model valve are we talking about?
