Low pressure in one of two zones

Hello.

I have a sprinkler system with two zones. One zone works perfectly. In the other zone, the heads shoot water maybe 18". I recently replaced the heads to no avail. I also replaced the top half components of the valve (Irritrol 2600T) for that zone: diaphragm, solenoid, etc. Pressure is the same. Prior to replacing components in the valve, the valve wouldn't turn on with the bleed screw. Now it does. Given the above, any ideas on what the remaining issues could be?

Is it most likely 1) another issue with the valve 2) a leak in the PVC 3) pinched funny pipe between PVC and heads 4) other?

What other tests would you recommend I do to troubleshoot?

Thank you.
