mutiple zones come on when turning on

I have a 6 zone rainbird system if activate any one zone I always have at least 2 heads from another zone pop up and water pressure low ?(

It sounds like a wiring problem where two bare wires are touching each other. There might be multiple bare wires causing intermittent problems.
Is the wire exposed to the sun anywhere? Are there any wires touching where the valves are? Do any digging where the wire might have gotten damaged?
Try disconnecting the wires from the timer. All but the zone you're going to run. Don't disconnect the common wire, just the wires from the numbered terminals. Does it still happen? Write down where the wires go first.
