Toro Greenskeeper controller not getting power?

It appears that my controller is not getting power other than when I put a new battery in it, which only lasts a day.The outlet is fine, I have plugged other electrical tools in it and the tools work fine. I put a new battery into the controller and my system operates normal. A day later I look and the battery is dead and nothing works again.

Sounds like the transformer. Or, with that timer you might want to check the connections of the transformer to the timer. They come lose sometimes.

Would that mean I can replace just that part or do I have to replace the entire controller?
