Concrete Donut and Sinking head?

Hi,

I have two sprinkler heads in my system that need help. First, the one near the driveway occasionally gets run over. I'd like to put a donut under it so it gives it some protection. What's the best way to do this and make sure I get the right one?

Second,

I have a sprinkler head near my sidewalk that is sinking about an inch or two every season. What can I do to keep it near the top of the lawn?
