2 zones low pressure even when manually turned on

So I have been running my Hunter system for about a month now on my new house. Everything was working fine until the other day I manually turned a few zones on because I didnt want to run the full program. I have 7 zones total but zone 2 & 3 have very low pressure, almost nothing coming out. I did aerate the lawn last week but I'm not seeing Abby puddles in the yard.

Any idea what could cause this? I've manually turned the solenoid on and off and opened and closed the bleeder screws with no luck.

Run it longer to look for leaks.

What model valves are they?

Do you know how old the valves are?

Had somebody turned the flow controls down?

Do the two zones with low pressure have the same shut off valve which turns off the manifold?

Are the heads all clogged up?

hi, I'm new to sprinkler systems so be patient with me. I just checked the rest to be safe now and only zone 1 has decent pressure. I ran other zones yesterday and they were fine.

The system is Hunter and I'm not positive how old it is, I'd guess 5-6 years because that's when the previous owner laid sod. I'm the only one who would have messed with flow control.
