Tall Sprinkler Hose spewing out water

I recently got my water bill and noticed an abnormally high $ amount. Yesterday, I was watching my sprinkler system run and noticed a larger hose just spewing out water. I looked around and didn't see anything that it looked like it connected to. There is also another sprinkler head to the right of it that has the same hose, however, that sprinkler head doesn't appear to be working. I have taken some photos below that I hope will help.

Left one is the one spewing out the water from the hose. right one doesn't work.

two hoses. i believe they're always just been laying on the ground like this.

Thanks ahead of time!

Ok it took a a couple minutes to figure out your pictures but I think I have a good idea.
In the top pic I see the tube going behind the tree. It looks like it's going from one sprinkler to another but,
in the bottom pic it looks like one tube is going through the fence? Is that tube loose? Those two tubes don't hook up together?
Then in the middle picture the tube spraying water in the air is to the left of the tree and not behind the tree as shown in the top pic. Did you move the tube or are there two loose ends that need to be hooked back together?

That tube shooting water needs to be hooked back up to the other end. You could take the garden hose and run water down the sprinkler riser of the sprinkler that's not working to find where it goes.
