Rain Bird ESP-ME Controller

I have Rain Bird ESP-ME Controller. About 1 year old. I have 7 zones. Zone #4 with not operate properly. Zone #4 will operates normal when placed in manual mode. However when in automatic mode the spray heads have a very low flow. I installed a new top works on the valve body. No changes. Checked the VAC at the controller terminals and all 7 valves have 27.3 volts in manual and automatic. I'm stumped on why zone #4 won't spray properly on automatic mode. Any ideas why? 8)

It sounds like two valves are running at the same time.
Are you sure valve 4 is the only one running when the pressure's low?
Maybe swap the number 4 valve wire with the number 1 wire. See if you still have the same problem.
Maybe vavel 3 is slow to turn off.
