Hydrotek 4000 Still Bleeding into last Zone

Have a Hydrotek 4000 that has functioned properly for a handful of years. Feeds three zones.

First, AOK. 2nd, Ditto. When it switches to the third zone, water is still bleeding/trickling into previous zone/zone 2 restricting the necessary H20 pressure required for all the sprinkler heads that it normally supplies in zone three.

Have removed stem and disc and cleaned and replaced to no avail.

Anyone have an idea of why and how to fix it, if possible?

Thanks for any ideas, advice.
