Rainbird 32SA will not pop up

I just moved into a new house which has a rainbird sprinkler system installed. All of the zones work perfect except for zone 5. The sprinkler heads will only pop up about half way. If you step on one of the heads for 5 seconds or so and let off they all pop up just fine. It does not matter what head you step on either. The water is provided from a shallow well that is very high in iron content. Do i just have a sticky head? This zone is not any bigger than the other zones with 5 32SA heads.

Sounds like you have too many sprinklers on this zone.
Try installing smaller sized nozzles or capping off a sprinkler or two
that aren't needed. Or break the zone in two add another new zone.

Check your pumping system- If you have a filter setup on your pump, Make
sure it isnt clogged and the water is flowing through the filter.
