Rainbird DV Value works manually and closes automatically

Hello,

All zones open via the control box save for one zone.
I've performed the following already:

Replaced solenoid
Replaced diaphragm
Cleaned any debris found during the aforementioned two replacements

I have 5 values in a manifold in the backyard...they all work fine.
I have 2 values in a manifold in the front yard with a common wire running from the front yard manifold to the backyard manifold. Of the 2 zones in the front yard (zones 6 and 7), 6 turns on automatically, but 7 does not.
After turning "on" zone 7 via the controller box, I went outside and manually turned on zone 7 (and I could hear the solenoid humming). I then went back to the controller box and was able to shut off the zone 7 value. Very strange indeed. I'm at a loss save for actually replacing the value for zone 7 (but I shouldn't have to I would think since it opens manually and closes automatically).
Please help. Thanks.

I'd take the valve back apart and look for a clogged port.

Did you try swapping wires with the valve next to it?

That thought had crossed my mind, so I will take the valve apart.
I haven't swapped wires yet. I'm thinking that would occur after checking
for a clogged port. Thanks for the help.

RESOLVED

It didn't help that all 3 of my wires in the front were all white.
I mistakenly had the common wire connected incorrectly.
Needless to say, I'm labeling all of the wires.
