Hello guys. I live in Texas and have a Wilkins 420. Where it comes out of the ground and back into the ground there are some type of fitting with a small hole in it. I noticed it was leaking the other day so I turned off the water and removed the insulation. Turned water in and no leaks. Ran a test zone and turned it off and water was squirting out of both holes in the small fittings at the bottom. I know nothing about these so any help would be appreciated.

That could be the 1/4" test cock... look for a flat head screw slot and turn it to close the valve.
