new pgp head stopped full rotation.

I purchased several PGP rotors last fall to replace some older maxi-paw impacts. I installed them a month or so ago when I turned the system on for the summer. One of them has already decided to not rotate fully. It rotates as if the rotation was set to minimum rotation, sometime it will go as far as 180 degrees. It doesn't seem to mater where the rotation adjustment is set.

I presume there is no way to disassemble the thing?
