PVB Replacement

Hey all, hopefully a quick and easy question for the experts here. I have to replace my PVB, which is a Wilkins 720A (pictured)

The entire setup appears to be pretty old and I'm curious if there's a newer PVB that I can use to replace the Wilkins. Possibly a Febco 765 or something similar?

Or would you recommend replacing it with the same original part? Thank you much!

if you allow water to remain in the PVB over the winter, the brand doesn't matter - all of them will suffer freeze damage
