<img src="" alt="IMG_20160803_210559.jpg" title="IMG_20160803_210559.jpg" style="font-size: 1em;" />

hello I am interested in setting up an automatic feeder/injector to my sprinkler system, to provide fertilization, pest control etcc...
but im not sure if it will work with my current sprinkler system. I have enclose 2 picture of the main before it goes to the sprinklers ( 4 zones).
Can anyone recommend the best cost-effective way to do this? best way to install this? Or recommend a different product.

Can I just attach it just before the elbow that goes down? or attach something to that spout that has that white end cap on it?
Do i have to put it underground?
Thank you for the advice in advanced.

Your photo is of a pressure vacuum breaker. It is a toxic-rated item, but not against any back-pressure, so you can only employ a venturi-type fertilizing device, and not anything that actually pumps fluid. You should leave the PVB and its plumbing alone, and look to connect further downstream of a system master valve.
