It looks like you have a pump hooked up to this system so make sure you have all three common wires hooked to the blue.

I don't believe I have a pump. There are no wires connected to that port. Being the case, what do I do with the blue wire then?

The blue wire wires to your common wires. The white wire plugs into the common port. Not sure why you have a black wire going to common port and a red wire going to the pump port if you don't have a pump. Maybe a master valve, though I don't know why they'd run a separate common. Anyway, hook all the wires in your common ports to the blue rain switch wire
