nelson 7900 values leaking

Hello

I have eight nelson 7900 values that all leak. Some leak more then others, but I assume they're not supposed to leak at all. The value is constructed with two primary parts that screw together with 4 screws. The water is coming from where the value head screws to the value body. I've made sure the parts are clean and not damaged. I've replaced the diaphragms and tightened the screws but they still leak.

What else can I do to repair them?

It's strange that all my nelson values leak.

Any chance that water was in these valves over the winter? (thinking freeze damage)

Hi Wet_Boots

Thanks for the help. I did shut the water supply off and removed the manifold for the winter. Not sure if that's what you're suggesting. I have 8 more values 4 feet away. All those are working fine. Installed same time but made by Oribt's.

Is there anything you'd suggest I do to try and fix the leaking values?

So far I've cleaned the values making sure there is no dirt and replaced the diaphragms.

So you did purchase new diaphragm assemblies for these valves, as opposed to just checking and cleaning the existing ones?
