Wiring Orbit Timer

I have recently replaced our old mechanical timer with a new Orbit 12 station timer. We use 11 of the stations. Rather than labeling each wire, I simply copied the color key from the previous installer. Unfortunately, they listed White for Station 9 on the timer. A novice, I didn't realize at the time that white is typically the common wire.

I currently have white as the common wire and all others per the original color key. Only 1 station works as intended. 7 stations on the timer run the same zone in the yard. 3 stations operate nothing. All zones were working prior to the timer change, so I know this is clearly a wiring issue on my part.

Any thoughts?

Go out to the valves and see what color wire they're using as the common.

It appears they used white for one set and red for another. I'll see what I can figure out. Thanks
