Help! New to irrigation maintenance and repair

I am a novice maintenance manager for a homeowners association with a rainbird esp24 LX Plus system.
The system has multiple control valves, I know I have 1 zone that is not working, but I do not know how to identify which control valve is for that zone.

If you want to see which valves water which areas:

Go to the valve boxes, turn a solenoid to the left. This will mechanically open a valve without timer activation. See what area the heads pop up in. Write it down. Turn the solenoid back to the right hand tight to close the valve. Move on to the rest of the valves. All of the valves should work while you are doing this (Note that if you have drip irrigation, you may need to walk to that area to see if it is watering)

To see which zones the timer operates based on valve number and test the solenoids:

Use page 35 of the owner's manual to operate each valve manually at the timer.

*You can also do the valve test on page 40. The timer may tell you which valve has the problem this way.
