Institutional sprinkler heads

What type of sprinkler heads should be used in a psyciatric patient room? Would you recommend a preaction system, and what would be the preference on activation?

This forum covers automatic LAWN sprinklers as RVLI suggested.......you would have to check on other websits for automatic fire sprinklers
