How far behind a 180 degree sprinkler head will water cover? Or, can you adjust a 180 degree sprinkler head to, say, 220 degrees (in order to cover a small area behind the sprinkler head? My concern is that I cannot place the sprinkler line right at the edge of my property, but I'm wondering if there is a way to put it 18-24 inches from the edge, and still get good coverage. Set the fixed side to the edge of the sidewalk or curb, wherever they are at and adjust them so the adjustable side touches the side of the sidewalk/curb.
