Main control valve

I'm having a problem with the main solenoid valve . When the valve turns on there is considerable chattering of the valve and the pressure is reduced to the point that the heads don't rise. If I close the ball valve upstream, and open it slowly, the problem corrects itself. Where can I find replacement parts. The marking on the valve is HARDIE 3591126.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Irritrol 2400 series are an exact match. Selonoid for sure, but diaphragm I'm not certain of.
