Need good new Computer supported Controller but SW must have a well recovery delay between zones, any ideas?

I have a 16 zone system for a large horse pasture. Problem is that I have to limit each zone to 20 minutes run time with a 70 minute delay between zones so the well level can recover. I "played" with the Rain8net product for the past 5 years which worked off and on between lightning repairs and fried control units. I have had enough of the expensive R8 science experiment and need a real controller that won't fry when the first thunder storm rolls in. There are several new PC controlled controllers on the market, but I have not found any with this well recovery\delay SW feature. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Lightning can kill any sprinkler system. What's your location? Why is a stand-alone controller insufficient for your needs?

I don't think there is a Pc controlled based within a homeowners budget price range that has that feature .

There's some very high end central controlled systems that have it..

Agreed with boots, why can't you just have a stand alone controller that has zone delay built in..

I think the Toro TMC424 is capable of doing what you want.

Lager, did you look at the controller you posted up?

Issue #1- That controller is not internet capable

Issue #2- That controller does not have a zone delay ( It has rain delay which is different)

Issue #3- It's toro!

My bad, not internet capable but absolutly has a zone delay. Great timer, despite the hate a lot of people seem to have for Toro. Why the hate?

good catch on the delay

Most toro products are lower quality in many professional companies opinions. They should stick with lawn mowers. In the repair and service world which I'm in. Toro suck..
There's only a couple products toro has that I like

These days it seems just about all new controllers, companies are copying each other.
