Unplug the clock, and you will learn whether it is the problem - then you make absolutely bet-your-life-on-it certain that you have correctly identified the problem valve.
Zone continuosly on.
Zone 5 in my system stays on when the system clock is in the OFF position, and when other zones are on. I have replaced the valve twice, and zone 5 still stays on all the time. I also identified all the other zones, and zone 5 is the zone (valve) that is always open. Can anyone help ... the only thing I can think of now is maybe the clock needs to be replaced ... Dandy
