Hi,
That is called Low Head Drainage, it is when the water is acutally draining out of the line, and out of the sprinkler head, although this should not always be continous, if this happens 24/7, after the sprinklers are off you have a leaking valve. The vavles i use are awesome and are the Irritrol 2400T valves

The control valve for that zone may not be shutting off all the way or "weeping" as I call it. If so, the valve will need to be rebuilt or replaced. If this is the case, the check valve will not work.
Most of the time this is the cause.

Install a Huner Check Valve (HCV) or any kind of check valve on the last sprinkler. Screw the sprinkler off, put a shorter riser on, or lower your swimg pipe or swing joint lower and screw the check valve on then screw the sprinkler on top of that. The reason I tell you to lower your riser, swing joint, etc. is because the check valve will raise the height of your sprinkler.
Leaking pop-up
The last pop-up on one line is leaking at the center when not turned on. Seems to not be sealing. I have changed the sprinkler top with a new one and the problem is still there. Any suggestions?
