The common wire is usually the white one connected to the "com" terminal. This is often the source for most wiring problems when all vales or zones are affected.
I didn't have to replace the fuse or the transformer. Just removing them and putting them back somehow did the trick (didn't really find out why I had the PR OFF message in the first place). I did remove the transformer out and reconnect the wires.
What is the common wire?
Thanks.
Check and make sure your common wire is still connected. I am assuming you replaced either a fuse or the transformer on your previous problem. If this is the case you may have accidently disconnected the common wire.
Rain bird ESP-6TM Controller
I have Rainbird ESP-6TM Controller. I had PR OFF issues to the controller last week but that was resolved and everything started to work.Manual and auto cycles all worked fine
Now, the controller receives power but the Sprinkler heads don't popout with water either in Manual Advance mode or in auto mode. In auto mode, the timer goes to zone 1, the count down begins but the heads don't pop out. Same story in Manual Advance.
Any ideas? Thanks.
