Help with a Leak

So, water started bubbling up at an expansion joint in the driveway. Shut off the water to the system and the leak stopped, so I know it's in the sprinkler system. Started digging at the edge of the driveway to find the line, the intent being tunneling under the drive and just routing a new line. Turns out there are 2 lines side by side. Any tips or tricks to determine which line might be the culprit? Just reroute both and be done with it?
