The controller does have a 24 VAC transformer, but it's internal, so you have to find the connection points from its output to the controller, and work from there.

Need help wiring my Toro rain sensor to my Rain Bird controller

I'm trying to wire my Toro 53770 wireless rain sensor to my Rain Bird SST-1200out controller. There's no 24 vac terminals on the controller and the SST-1200out doesn't use a 24v transformer. Please advise.
