Yep no water's getting through the nozzle.
It could be clogged up. I use a dental pick to clean them.
It might be turned down too low with that tiny screw on top.
Could be the fiter's totally clogged up. Does it even have a filter?
You can't adjust the distance of spray without a filter in place.
With spray nozzles they're designed to be adjusted up to 20% in water reduction. If you adjust it down too far while the sprinkler is running, the next time it comes on nothing or very little will come out. You'd need to step down a size in nozzle. 15-12-10-8 or whatever.
If all else fails replace the nozzle with a new one.

sprinkler head pops up but no water

I have 2 sprinklers next to each other. One is working just fine. The other one is not spraying any water
I have removed the filter and cleaned it. I have checked that there is water pressure (head pops up & plenty of water in the line)

I have flushed the line for a couple of minutes by removing sprinkler and letting the water run (plenty of it comes through)

what could my issue be?
