I need to know a few things before I can help you out.
Do you know your pressure, and gallons per minute? How far apart are your heads spaced?
Let me know so I can help out,
Alex
Poor watering performance from Nelson 6000 heads
Hi All,
I had a sprinkler system put in by a local contractor about 4 years ago. It has never performed as expected. Actually I still use the sprinkler on the end of my hose. I have called them back repeatedly and they adjust the heads. All that does though is move the dry spots from one area to the next. I have 4 Nelson 6000 heads per zone and I have 9 zones. I was thinking about replacing the nozzles to a lower flow nozzle to get more distance and better dispersion. Any ideas on this? While I may have to water longer at least the dry spots won't be present. Any suggestion on GPM's for the nozzle?
It's truly frustrating to pay good money for a system that doesn't operate effectively. Any other advice is truly appreciated.
Joe
