drop in water pressure

My well pump drops about 30 psi in 45 minutes. Pump holds pressure when manual shut off on outflow pipe is shut. No sign of leaks at heads or valves. If leak in main waterline how can I locate the leak, no water signs above ground? Where else can I look for a leak?
