One Zone does not spray water, but controller showing it is running

I have a Richdel 500PRi Series Hybrid Irrigation Controller. Has been working fine, but today I noticed that zone 1 (8 zones total) is not working. The controller shows that the zone is running, but none of the heads in the zone are coming up.

I tried "manual" and same result.....also, the water meter in the basement is not showing any activity. All other zones are working fine.

I checked the terminal screw for zone 1 and it looks like the valve wire is connected. Thoughts?
