As an installer of the Wilkins 720 PVB, I will opine that by the time any 720 is making people ask about its repairability, it would probably be better to just replace it. They are not meant to survive being frozen while filled with water.

Wilkins Back flow device

I have a Wilkins 720A-1, can it be repaired?
