I simply just don't understand how someone can come onto a forum and ask the most generic vague question about a specific problem..This is for all forums too, I mean if they were smart enough to find the forum, couldn't they have had done a little bit of research first? Or at least explain it in detail

Is the controller putting out power to valve 4?

Is the valve receiving power from the controller?

Is there water at the valve? Open the bleeder screw if there is one.

Is the flow control turned off?

If you haven't found the problem yet then the valve needs repair or replaced.
