RE: Install rainbird maxi-paw

Hello wet boots and again thanks! Was wondering if you could just give
me a basic on how to do, so far I'm going to use 1" poly pipe and what
do I do from there come off of that with what that 1/2 funny pipe or if
ya had the time just a quick basic, i'm out trying to rake off what i
tilled and then spread out 25 yards of loam i had dropped off, I'm a
hard working fool who can't afford a pro to do so any help you could
give would be greatly appreciated my friend, thanks Les the painter
Keep the questions public, so that all may learn. Absent any more useful information about the property and the pump, just 'connect the dots' in a typical manner, as described in some detail at

Why not? Maxipaws are good with pond water. You would be using larger pipe for a sprinkler system, though. Garden hoses have very high pressure losses by way of comparison with poly tubing or PVC pipe.

Install rainbird maxi-paw

Have a High Pressure sprinkler pump which I pump water from a pond through a series of garden hoses to water lawn, I'm installing a new lawn and would like to put in a run of 3 maxi-paws to water an area of 60x70 ft area, will this work as I'm getting tired of rolling up garden hoses, Thanks
